Retailers Set to Benefit as Boost Launches New 12 for 10 Promotion
As part of its ongoing support and commitment to the independent sector, Boost Drinks has unveiled a new 12 for 10 promotion with the aim of helping independent retailers maximise the return on their energy drink sales.
The promotional packs will allow independent retailers to buy 12 bottles for the price of 10 on its 500ml and one litre Boost Energy Original price-marked SKUs – some of the bestselling products in the Boost Energy range.
The promotional packs are available from now until the end of May in wholesalers. To ensure retailers can take full advantage of the promotion, Boost will be running it again from September to November.
The energy, protein and sports drink producer, which recently extended its product range with a new Power Punch variation, is introducing the promotion to help drive incremental profit opportunities for retailers and increase distribution of its core SKU’s.
Simon Gray, Founder and Managing Director of Boost, said: “We know that this will be a great promotion for independent retailers as it will help drive incremental profit opportunities, offering a great return on investment. From the time we spend talking and listening to retailers we know how much a promotion like this can help them so we’re running it twice to give retailers plenty of opportunity to reap the benefits.
“We value our strong relationship with the independent sector and we’re always looking for ways to help drive sales and consumers into their stores. This promotion is one of many initiatives we’re running this year to further support the sector.”
Boost prides itself on working closely with retailers to offer advice on how to maximise sales. The brand advises that their energy drinks are positioned within the main chiller and, where possible, in a secondary off-shelf location as this can draw the customers attention and encourage impulse sales.
Simon Gray added: “We’ve launched the promotion across some of our best-selling PMP SKU’s. Price-marked packs work extremely well for independent retailers as they are one of the simplest ways to give shoppers confidence in the store’s pricing and demonstrate value for money.”
Boost will also be launching a consumer marketing campaign to build brand awareness and drive customers into store this summer, as independent retailers remain at the centre of the businesses’ marketing strategy.
