Competitive Pricing is Most Important
I think we’d all agree that the three key elements that drive a retail business are: pricing, range (availability), and service. But what is the priority order?
Our opinion? Price is first. Why? We are firmly of the view that customers will walk over hot coals if prices are keen. It’s price that keeps them coming through the door. Then range second with service coming third.
