Poor Standards Kill Business
Poor standards cost dearly. Retailers must continually attend to the basics: good lighting, effective refrigeration, and hygiene and housekeeping. I’ve seen too many badly presented stores in a whole range of areas. Not acceptable.
There’s no excuse for not attending to the basic fundamentals of retailing. Failure to maintain decent standards will without doubt hand business over to the competition. Poorly maintained stores repel consumers.
